There have been lots of physicists that have changed the way we see the world. For example, Isaac Newton, who theorized gravity. Another example would be Benjamin Franklin who characterized 2 types of electricity, naming them positive and negative. Finally, Marie Curie, who discovered radioactivity and co-discovered polonium and radium.
